this is true only 4 single tasking processes, the below link told me that .

is it correct than pentium 4 of 3ghz is faster than pentium d of 3 ghz in single tasking

That link didn't tell me that. I saw a few things where they were the same speed, but in most of them the Pentium D was in fact faster, which is not surprising since even if you are only running one program, you have background tasks to deal with as well.
