I was too young for bell bottoms. I do however remember my first pair of parachute pants. I had a grey pair and a purple pair.

Deep, dark indigo denim. They had huge bells and I paid a whopping $5 for them at a store called Zayres. Yikes, that was eons ago! I sure am glad they are coming back. I was heartbroken when they went out in the 80's. I absolutely hated the tapered legs of that time!

Not quite old enough to have worn bell bottoms - my first fashion experience was in the early 80's with dark blue 'drainpipe' jeans and batwing sweaters with the 'V' in the back!! (Which are now making a comeback I see!)
Oh my - what a flashback!!!
Thanks ;-D

Red - They were the brand "Red Hots" back in the 70's. You had to buy them at the Army Surplus store.
