If you know when your baby eats.. say every 2 and a half hours. Put the milk in warm water 15 minutes before a feeding. I would use those little baggies for storing your milk, make individual feedings, they're so thin that they'll thaw out quicker than plastic bottles. Only put enough for 1 feed in a bag when you store, so you don't waist any milk. And since you also feed her formula, if the milk isn't warm by the time she's hungry, give her formula, and save BM for the next time.. If i'm not mistaken BM can sit in room temp. for up to 4 hours ( double check this ) So when you pump in the morrning, you can just leave it out and feed her 1st time she gets hungry after that.

warming a bottle is simply a matter of choice. IF the baby will take a cold bottle then you can give them a cold bottle. IF the baby prefers a warm bottle you can warm the bottle in a cup of lukewarm water. Do not use hot water. You are trying to avoid destroying all the benefits of breastmilk. By using hot water or microwaving, you are in sense killing some of the beneficial ingredients in the milk.

Put the bottle of milk in a glass of warm water (being sure not to let the nipple be submerged because you don't want to get the water in with the breastmilk) and let it sit for a few minutes. If the water gets cold before the milk gets warm add more warm water. The milk only needs to get as warm as room temperature.

I put mine in a cup of hot water until it's warm. DO NOT SHAKE IT. You're not supposed to shaje breastmilk because it separates it. Just swirl it around like you see people do to wine.

You can buy a bottle warmer, or heat up a pot of water to boiling and put the bottle in it for around 4 minutes. Always test the milk's temperature on your inner wrist before giving it to your baby.

I used to warm breast milk in a cup of hot water (I'd warm the water in the microwave) and do the same if its frozen...just make sure the water is hot. I also used one of those bottle warmers where you clicked the button and it got instantly hot (a travel pack one) hope this helps!

put it in a bottle and stick in hot water for 10 minutes.
then take the bottle out and shake it really well. If its still cold, stick it back in. but turn the stove off. just let it sit in the pot of water for awhile. if its in a storage bag, you can throw the bag in the hot water, then open it when its warm.
