Utahraptor ostrommaysorum is a type of Dromaeosaur commonly called "raptors" in popular culture, which is a misuse of the term because it is already taken by another group of animals. We can thank Hollywood and Jurassic Park movies for any confusion. Raptors are actually the birds of prey such as eagles, hawks, and owls (Accipitriformes, Falconiformes, and Strigiformes).

"Raptor" is Latin for "thief".

None of the above. Try:
Specific predatory dinosaur whose fossil remains were found in Utah.

If you wanted me to answer with one of your choices, you would have asked for the etymology, not the meaning.
