I was terminated from my job on Friday. In Wisconsin do they have to pay me my accrued vacation and my bonus pay for the previous quarter?

That is legally required in all the states. You earned it! ~

The companies vacation policy controls accrued vacation time. It is not unlikely that unused vacation time is lost when you leave for any reason. Bonus pay depends on when and how the bonus is earned. If the bonus is based on an objective measure for work performed before you were terminated, you are entitled to the bonus. If it is determined by a committee of some sort, they just voted not to award a bonus.

It is up to your employer...benefits are not guaranteed by law, only wages. If you were terminated because of cut backs they should pay them, but if you were fired because you did something agains company policy then no they won't pay you.
