I have an HP Pavillion MX70. A box comes up telling me to Check PC Display Settings. What could be wrong?

I obviously can't check the display settings because it doesn't show anything but that blue box flashing here and there. Anyone know what could be wrong?

in your computer may be a displsy card and you must have a display cd nvdia inistall it or left click on the disktop property display setting 32bit 1024 should be like that

reinstall your video driver
