Give them a copy of your business plan and show them why you feel confident, and what you are doing to make it fly. Don't let them get you down, there will always be people who are negative and tell you why you can't do something. Prove them wrong by having the follow through to make it happen- despite the setbacks and negativity. Lastly, consider if she is the right girl for you. If, after you have really explained your game plan to her and she still isn't supportive, think about if you want a negative person around with whom you will do battle. If she is not a risk taker, and does not help and support you succeed, is she the right girl for you??? And what business is it of her parents? Unless they are going to support you both, why do you have to give them in-depth explanations, to begin with? Is she independent enough? I see some red flags...

There is only 1 way to convince anyone of the success of any business. That is to actually SUCCEED.

The best persuasion to raise funds for any business venture is a thorough and thoughtful business plan. As you have already raised serious funding, presumably you have one to show to them?
