Torque. I cannot even believe I wasted 2 hours of my life watching that pathetic excuse for a movie. Also, anything with rappers turned "actors" and this movie called The Hillz with Paris Hilton.

Back in my high school days (1981-1985) my buddies once talked me into walking downtown to see a movie titled "Swamp Thing" It was a comic book adaptation and amounted to an ecologists' take on the "Hulk".
I literally cannot remember a more unintentionally funny movie. It was so bad even the buddy who was a fan of the comic book version walked out on it.
More recently..."Driven" with Stallone and Burt Reynolds. So badly scripted, they turned up the rock and roll sound track whenever characters talked so you couldn't hear the lame dialog. A plot with ridiculously unlikely events--racers hijack indy cars on display and chase each other at race speeds through downtown LA, for example. Yet predictable--you know that the hotshot driver is going to be suspended, then come back just in time to win a championship. Yet random again, when a race is inexplicably Not called off during a thunderstorm, and the racer gives up the win to rescue a rival who has spun off the track and landed in a pond, which catches on fire(??)
Oh, and Coyote Ugly was terrible, also.

This is an easy one for me. I love stories, and as a literature teaching, a compelling synopsis can impel me. Thus, one day while at the video store (and I only went on the synopsis being unfamiliar with it) I decided to rent this movie entitled Next Stop Wonderland. Well, I'm not wondering anymore.
Pointless, boring, torturous. No plot, no connection to the characters, no timing or pacing, on and on... It was horrible. I was sorely tempted to demand a refund. And, I'm not normally unkind or picky. By far the worse movie I have ever personally seen. Though I'm sure they are worse. At this moment it's difficult to imagine what they might be.
I love that question. This will save people's time, money, and nerves. Nothing's worse than shelling out your money for an inconsequential flop.
For this alone, I'm going to give you a star. Can't wait to read the other answers. Very interesting.

Abraxas: Guardian of the Universe
Jesse Ventura in his first(and thankfully only) starring role as an intergalactic policeman chasing down an escaped criminal who is looking for the Anti-Life Equation. And Ventura tells the world that his box has VD(No, I'm not kidding).

Elves
An elf(there is only one in the movie despite the title) created by the Nazis must seek out the perfect genetic female to give rise to the Aryan race.

Strawberry Estates
A bunch of people go to a "haunted house" filming Blair Witch style. Two quotes from the movie will sum it up.
"All I've got on camera so far is a bunch of people droning on and on about all the things happening at Strawberry Estates and nothing going on."
"This sounds like it was written by a 5 year old."
Shatter Dead
The Angel of Death has sex with a demon and nobody stays dead. Horrificly bad movie.

I have hade many many bad movie marathons over the past couple of years, so i'm very qualified for this question. I would say the following movies are pretty horrible...
-House of Wax, a guy gets decapitated and he blinks
-Glitter
-Sleepover, bad and really boring
but the worst movie ever has to be...
-Gigli... its the worst movie in existence, but sooo funny

I'd have to say that one of the worst movies I've ever seen was "I'm 'Bout It" with Master P. It was horrible! Master P and his crew were bad actors, and scrip was bad too

In the aftermath of the original Star Wars craze, this really HORRIBLE movie came out, called "Star Crash". When I saw it at the drive-in, I kept praying it would get melted by the projector.
