Very rarely. He always tries to"convince" us that we need to "stay the course". I say, What for?" Iraq and Afghanistan do not want our help and they have even asked for us to leave - Ok, why not? See what happens next - that would be interesting to see!

Yes, but nobody listens. Record employment, record revenue into the treasury, records all around. But nobody cares, why? The democrats have sucessfully taken the focus off his historic success and made Iraq - a non-issue, the issue.
If a country can achieve such economic prosperity and records while fighting a war than how relavent can that war really be? Its not, the democrats however need an issue to win in 2008. The economy isn't it so far, so what is left?
Unfortunately the White House has never had anyone smart enough politically to take the focus off Iraq and highlight the success economically we're having. People within his own party are so focused on re-election they couldn't even do it.
Back when Bill was President all the left liked to talk about was the economy. Nothing else mattered. Now when its a Republican, its all that matters. It makes no sense. Which is it???

He does talk about issues that are Federal issues. What would you like him to talk about? We have local and state politicians for a reason and we still have states rights.
