Remove the float bowl.
Attach a fuel supply and turn it on.
Lift the floats by hand.
The fuel should stop flowing when the float arm is parallel to the carb/float bowl mating surface.
Bend the metal tang that touches the float needle to adjust.
If you can't stop the fuel, clean the needle & seat, or replace them.
Install the float bowl to double check your work.
Hold the carb at the same angle as if it was mounted to the quad and turn on the fuel.
If it leaks adjust as necessary.
