I like to stay busy and use my anger constructively and try to get a lot of things done and that releases my anger so it is not negatively directed.

Apparently come on here and ask questions/rant.

OK but really listening to music always helps to calm me down. But if I want to release anger instead of trying to let it go calmly, screaming at the top of my lungs is always fun.

I say what I have to say, then I take a long brisk walk or jog!! I don't like having any pent up anger lingering around!!!

Sitting by the lake at sunset, listening to my iPod and thanking GOD for all my blessings. When I do this I realize that whatever I am angry at is not worth my sanity and there are people who are so much worst off than me.

Listen to music, swear to the point that every sentence would have to be bleeped out if on TV, punch my pillow, go to sleep, yell at someone.
