No....

Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold, Fans or no Fans..... The show will still go on.....

Soccer has been that way in any place, it is our jobs as the fans to compensate with the environment and it is the job of the players too.....

However, there is an altitude limit, the FIFA officials declared that the Argentianian(or Bolivian not sure) team has built a stadium 22,000 feet above the sea level, it is an unfair disadvantage for the visiting team since they are not used to the air and they would get nausea, sea sick, altitude sickness... etc.... The FIFA regulation was later lowered to 19,000 feet....

No, the game must go on. Only under heavy rain or snow, the referee can interrupt the game if the markings on the pitch are not visible. I have seen a match where the ref interrupted every 15 min so that everybody could have a drink. About altitude, i checked the FIFA site today, and it is still allowed to play at 22 000. But only this year.

Then you'll be accused of discrimination cos football has to be played everywhere in the world and some places experience high temperature and humidity for long periods of the year. I'm sure even this altitude thing Will soon be called off as artificial pitches were banned before but they soon discovered that grass pitches in desert regions was just an illusion. That's why i like FIFA. They're always listening for the good of the game.

I do not recall temperature is mentioned any where....
Soccer is one game that will be played irrespective of weather conditions (rain, sunshine, snow and what not). I know that
FIFA set regulations only on altitude....Recently they lowered
the altitude as there were dangers for many players playing on
high altitude.

I am yet to see a Soccer game played in Snow....that would be fun to play and watch.

There's no limit. Right now, the Copa America final is playing in Venezuela where it's 90F/32C. That's hot.
