WATER!!!! As much of it as possible. When you get home after a night out drink water til you feel you're going to burst. Leave a few pints of water in the fridge for quick access. If you wake up in the night, drink more water. Next day, keep drinking.

The major source of pain in a hangover is dehydration, so you need to rehydrate. Also, lots of water helps the body in flushing out the last of the toxins.

Nurofen

Alcohol

hehe... drink plenty of water. Take milk thistle tablets (they detox the liver) take one every day, especially leading up to a big night out, they make the liver more adept at processing alcohol and therefore make hangovers much less severe. As a quick pick me up try drinking a resolve and drink at least a pint of water before you go to bed.

The best of the lot is Barr's Irn Bru.
A soft drink made in Scotland.
We Scots keep a bottle beside our beds to drink at night, to help cure a hangover.
It's just the dogs bollo*ks.

The whole reason you feel hungover the next day is because you are dehydrated - so the night before going to bed swallow a 1/2 teaspoon of salt with an 8 oz. bottle of water and take two Advil before going to bed. During the night drink plenty of water. Also, eating before going to bed helps too.
(The reason for the salt is because it will make you retain water so when you wake up in the morning you are not dehydrated.)

The BEST one is to not-get-drunk
OR
you can keep drinking and be an alcoholic and stop yourself from getting hangovers...

I don't remember what having a hangover feels like!

I do remember when I had my FIRST beer after my accident; I had to pee so I went to the bathroom and WoAh! The room was spinning like crazy! I had to hold on to the "toilet paper holder" on the wall to keep myself steady! (I was 26!! I'm 30 now...)

A hair of the dog is the answer.

After a few drinks your hangover goes but if you overdo it then, of course, you are destined for a further hangover.

When I used to drink what I done was before passing out drink a couple glasses of water and take some ibuprofen, even if you don't have a headache. Also in the morning if you still have a hang-over then go to MCDONALDS and buy one of their orange juices. It seems to work for some reason.
