You can get your question answered by more people that way because if I star your question, then all 15 people in my contanct list will see it and they may answer it. Then they star it. Then all their contacts see it.
Other than that, I have no idea.

I believe the more "stars" you get the better chance it would be publish below your " ask /answer /discover part of this site!
Has fo rme why I put a star for them is only because it was a "Good Question " or " Good Point Across"
