yep all the time. not good with names. i tell the people i meet that in the first day. the funny part was when the same thing happened to me. when we were first dating, my bf didn't know my name, only my nickname....so....he tried all the names begging with A . he failed...it was like "dexter, what's my name?"

I do it all the time! I either find a way around it in our conversation (hey MAN! howya doin GUY?, evenin MAAM), or just admit I forgot it. Wait, what was the question?

omg yes lol..its this lady(i still cant remember her name)but i see her all the time and shes always like heyyy "Ni" how you doing..and im like oh heyy girl how u doing how are the kids is your husband ok,how your mom..shes fine o thats nice ok i have to go see you later girl.lol i mean its so crazy how i see her all the time and dont even know her name

lol, happens to me all the time..."honey, what IS your name? I've totally lost it!" "I'm your husband, Paul." "oh, yeah...now I remember!" hehehe I work in a very busy office, and people "know" me from seeing me in there, even though I have no 'face time' with them, and have no clue who they are. They'll come talk to me about printing, in the flipping GROCERY STORE! It's amazing.

yeah and i was like just talking to them and as they walked away i went to yell there name and i'm like what is there name again but i asked the person next to me and they told me really quickly it was funny

Yeah, but I use the terms like "mate", "buddy", "love", etc to overcome my "Oldtimers" Disease....lol
