I havent had fast food in months.Literally. I am thinking about going and getting some (like a burger meal). How much fast food is too much? Will this have a drastic negative impact? I have lost a lot of weight by cutting it out and am curious if I still like it. Any Ideas?

I am in the same boat. Yesterday, I had a Tex Mex lunch after having been without fast food in two months, and having lost 14 pounds. It felt heavy, and I am sorry I did not just opt for a quick salad somewhere.

The thing is that the caloric intake along with sugars ( Simple) as well as high sodium content of a burger meal is really bad for you. I also believe that that type of food sets you up to crave more of it. That's not good.

Why not get a salad somewhere with real gooey dressing. Even going to a Sizzler Salad bar would be better.

No more than 2 times a week. (Macaroni, pizza, etc. doesn't count though, only fast food places like Mcdonalds, BK, etc.)

So total about 8 times a month
