i would never ever hurt some one cause I'm hurting and will not be able to forget the person who had hurt me, we r humans and we r full of feelings, and being hurt is something huge will not be easily forgotten...

Forgiveness starts within ... forgiving yourself for letting yourself be abused.

Without this step then I can see how you would make this conclusion; but in reality, you're enslaving yourself further into the pain of the abuse.

Cycles of abuse are ended when the abused realizes this.

Someone put into words what I always thought to be true.
I also think revenge isn't so much to make yourself feel better but to show people that what they did is wrong.
So if you don't exact revenge, how will other people learn.
