In what states is it illegal to transport closed alcohol at age 18?

Im taking a trip down the east coast from Jersey to SC... I want to know what states it is illegal to transport closed alcohol in.

Don;t do it in PA. It is illegal to transport alchohol under the age of 21 here, even in closed containers. No state allows an 18 year old to purchase alcohol, so there could be trouble if your cargo is discovered.
