I want to redo my small pond with rocks. saw on tv about a product put on to chicken wire which is molden to the shape that you want. then you brush this product and paint color of choice. it can be left out in the weather--rain and snow. but i didn't get the name of the product.

Faux rocks is quite the industry now! Years, er decades, ago we were experimenting with concrete on mesh mixing peat moss into concrete. Now there are forms for pouring concrete rocks and stains, wow! Generally there are concrete and fiberglass artificial rocks. Guess which one I'd rather lift and move, LOL!

I'm not sure of the name of the product either but I am sure that any home improvement store could help. Home depot, Lowes etc. Hope it works out for you.
