Go to an actual place that teaches gymnastics and when I say gymnastics, you want to know that they have a competitive team. I'm not going to sugarcoat this, but to learn all that in a year isn't going to be easy. The skills you're attempting to learn in one year usually take young gymnasts about two-three years to learn. Especially the backtwist, I was in gymnastics for four years before I learned that. In addition to taking a tumbling class, I would strongly encourage private lessons. No, they are not cheap, but you will not learn those skills in one year just going to class once a week. Not only do gymnasts take years to learn those skills, but they also practice four and five times a week. Before you commit to anything, I'd check out the facilities. Places with foam pits, trampolines, and resi-pits (pits filled with really big foam mat) are best to work at because of safety precautions. You also feel more confident knowing a big squishy mat is going to help you. I hope this helps and wish you all the luck possible.

Roughly 15 years,260 days, forty eight mins and an expected 28 seconds in the past. Lol I could fairly provide it my all and take a look at to do a cartwheel if I received the lottery. ( I could want a stretcher close through for whilst I make my crash touchdown, my again could seized, a knee could holiday and I such a lot undoubtedly could get concussion.) :)

Wow! Good luck with all of that. I would suggest not worrying about the whole list and just get through one thing at a time and hope it can all be done in one year.

As for gyms, try looking here: http://www.usgyms.net/gym_directory.htm
