What is an easy way to remoe bug juice from the car. natural if possible?

Get a dryer sheet and dip it in your soapy water it will remove the bugs juice you speak of. I've been using them for years. Where i live we have alot of BIG bugs down south. Try it and good luck

Vinegar or lemon juice are slightly acidic---should work ok. Or scrub them off with a dish washing plastic scrub pad---may leave some small scratches though.
