Out here in good ol' Afghanistan we are wondering why some water bottles freeze over when you take them out of the freezer or when you open them. I would think that if the water was frozen that it would freeze while it was in the freezer, but sometimes as soon as you

When you open the bottle, you create a small vacuum effect as air escapes from the bottle. This sudden vacuum lowers the temperature so that the contents can freeze, if they were already close to the freezing point before the opening.

may b temperature outside the freezer is comparable or very near to that of the freezer.
