i say alright ( its a southern thing uk that is ) yes people are normally responsive lol!!

When I go on morning bike rides I usually see somebody getting the news paper or walking or running.
I always say hello or good morning.
They always answer.

This depends. If I am in my small town, everyone says hi even if they've never seen you before. (recently moved here). But if I go to the bigger towns and cities, people just stare at me like I tried to rob them by saying hi.

of course I do great the stranger I meet do you also great them it`s a problem to great them for me I don`t think its a big problem
