i don't know about your school but in mine if a teacher sees you are doing really well in that class they can request that you get a schedule change that is how i ended up with Advanced Language Arts last year (6 th grade)Or at my school if you don't want to wait ask your teachers how they think you would do in their advanced class and see if they reccomend it. this year (7th grade i am taking advanced Social Studies, Language arts and maybe math if i passed the test! But i would talk to your teachers.
Good luck in 7th!!!!!!

Um... being smart...and getting put in the "advanced" classes by teacher recommendation.

Once you get to high school you'll have a little more leeway in your class selection (whether you want to take honors or AP) but remember, honors and AP classes are harder for a reason. Don't expect to blow right by them with A's like you did in middle and elementary school. You actually have to work.

yea, like the rest of these answers, all u need to do is ask your guidence couseler to put u into advanced classes. But for my middle school, u can only get one C and nothing lower on your report card to stay in your advanced classes. Ifu don't, then u're going back to regular classes

At my middle school, a person would ask to be put in advanced classes, and the school would gladly do it. Downgrading to regular classes was the hard part though...

Talk with your guidance counselor to see if your grades are high enough for advanced classes. It usually requires A's.
