Yes, sometimes. But at other times, it's understandable. Maybe the person has tons of contacts and doesn't like being added. Yet maybe they don't know you added them. There is a way where you can not have an email sent to you when someone adds you. I have that. So I really don't know unless I check. lol

I don't add any. The contacts I see wanting to be added to me are usually level 1 or 2.

Not really. I only add contacts when they've answered my questions with intelligence or a sense of humor. Usually, I have noticed that the contacts I've added are in my Fans section..weird.

Absolutely not. If I admire the care and sensitivity with which someone responds to the questioners here I will add them. They are under no obligation whatsoever to add me.

I did once, and then the next day I saw that they asked a question about changing their profile so that no one could request to be their contact lol. I haven't asked anyone since.

Sometimes, especially cuz a couple that had added Me as a contact FIRST BEFORE my other account got deleted, because a racist or sexist REALLY didn't like my answer-haven't added me again yet!

What annoys me more, is when you add someone, and its like they dont even exist. Your situation may be worse, but I would just delete them.

Not really...it is there choice, though I make sure to reciprocate if someone notifies me that I am a contact of theirs.

i'm kind of shy. i've only added someone to my list once. everyone else on my contact list added me first so i reciprocated.
