The only way sex can get a girl's period off track is by pregnancy. Each month the period marks the elimination of an unfertilized egg and the thickened lining of the uterus that was preparing itself to receive the fertilized egg for implantation. If the egg goes unfertilized and thus does not implant itself into the uterus, the material is discharged. That is what we call a period.
Sex has nothing to do with the regularity of the period.

If she gets pregnant it does, if she does not, then your period should come as usual.
