I have a 1923 Dollar bill and a 1935 D series bill the 1935 has a star where the code is both are in blue ink and are it says silver certicicate on top of them both and are worn not in mint condition. So about how much are these worth now?

The 1923 $1 has gone up in price very nicely over the last few years. In low grade, it probably sells for about $20
The 1935 D $1 is much more common and probably about $2 - $3 in low grade. Star notes such as yours should go for perhaps double that.
