who cares about celebrities i mean really are they paying your bills??? It seems like when somethings small happens its everyone on tv,internet etc etc, like for example when prince harry house went green it was on the news and that crap with paris hilton, I just don't care!!

The news media has to be the worse instigators for building hype to boost ratings. I'm reminded of sharks during a feeding frenzy. After Paris had served her time, they tried to sneak her out as quietly as possible at 2am or whenever, but the news people were everywhere. I doubt if any of the Hilton family requested that they show up camera in hand. I don't think Paris asked any networks to interrupt regular television viewing so the public could focus on her.

I agree. It's especially annoying with fame seekers because the press is just doing what they WANT them to do. It gets in the way of important news. I have a friend who buys magazines dedicated to stuff like that but I just don't understand the appeal. Worst thing is, she gives them to me when she's done reading them. GRRR!

Some ppl really just dont have a life of their own and thrive on the celebrities lives. I agree with you that I don't care about them either. You just have to shrug it off.

I dont care..but alot of bored people out there do..thats why they buy gossip magazines and live for the tabloids. I dont give a rats a** whats going on in these peoples lives..they dont know me, i dont know them and i get nothing from it.

I agree with you, it's ridiculous. And this green thing with them is just the new shiny thing that caught their attention. Don't get me wrong green is very good but people have been doing it for years. Just wait for the next "OOH Shiny"
