This requires you to buy some stuff of course. One way is to make sure you have a S-Video Slot in the back of your computer in your graphics card. What you can do then is go to http://www.ebay.com, and search for a S-Video to RCA Cord, and what you do then is, Plug the S-Video cable from your graphics card in the back of your PC, and then plug the cables that come on the RCA cord into your TV. Then just Right Click on Desktop-->Properties-->Settings-->And Enable the TV as a display screen!

You need a graphics card with two outputs.

One to match what your current monitor will accept. VGA or DVI, depending on the monitor.

The second to match what your TV will accept. S-Video is pretty standard, but some of the newer TVs are coming with VGA connectors. A HDMI connector on the TV should be compatible with a DVI-D output from your computer, you just need a DVI-D to HDMI cable.
