It's a plant grown extensively in the UK because it yields an oil that is inexpensive. This oil is blended with other oils to produce 'vegetable' oil.
It cannot be gargled but could be used for massage.
The word is written as 'rapeseed'. I guess by writing it as you did, you were hoping for some cheap and nasty comments to titillate your...whatever.

Rape seed is the seed of the plant known as Oilseed rape, in the UK, or Canola elsewhere in the world.

The oil can be gargled.

it's that yellow plant that's in all the fields by the side of the motorways in the UK they make all kinds of stuff from it mainly oil though oh and it's really nasty to be near if you have hay fever, as for gargling with it i don't think that would be too nice.

u either drink it [as in teaspoon] sprinkle it or in tablet form
