I have Dirty blond hair and blue eyes and when im happy i have green eyes. I think im spring or summer.

and you are spring! Spring is all about change, so because your eyes change colors then yeah! And dirty blond hair is a light color, and spring is cool-warm but not hot.

You are late spring early summer. Light clothes look awesome on you with occasional darkess. I would suggest light yellows and hot pinks. Also orange is your color, girl. Hope this helps and good luck! ;)
