me and my father have been arguing about this for like a whole year i say im depressed because im away from most of my family and friends...he says it dont matter who is there or where u at! and its hard for me to get close to people he dont understand...so where does happiness come from

Well they say that it comes from within, but I think it comes from the happiness fairy : )

I get most of my happiness from my babies. Before I had them I some how found happiness within myself but I was probably 25 before I became that happy in my own skin.

i am no expert but happiness does come from the ppl you love so of course you would be sad if you are unable to see them i would be devastated if i was away from kids and they are my joy!
