Wanted to see rough price for adding plumbing for dishwasher , there are hot and cold pipes and a drain pipe right below in basement about 5 feet from dishwasher and can this plumbing come up behind the dishwasher?

The sink is to far away to tap off and I will be doing the electrical

I think you already know how to do this job. All you need to do is go to the hardware store and price it out yourself. I installed mine in much the same way bringing all my lines up through the floor behind the dishwasher. It wasn't to expensive. Good luck

The easiest plumbing for dishwasher is going to the sink disposal with a rubber hose for the drain and run a t-valve off the hot and cold leads to the sink faucet. Not much at all. The bigger issue is wiring to the circuit breaker box. Dishwasher pulls a big load on the amps.

Not being able to see exactly where your plumbing is makes a price hard to come up with. Also the part of the country you live in will have a lot to do with the cost.

For the installation to meet code you will need to run a dedicated circuit from the breaker panel.

If your local code allows Air Admittance Valves for venting on drain lines, it shouldn't be a problem. You need to realize what the "per hour" labor cost will be. I would guess, about $300 for labor and the material for the waterline and valve.
