I've been of the WWE for many years, But I've been noticing the same trend. Good black wrestlers who never really get a push for major titles. For example.

Shelton Benjamin- When he first arrived on RAW a few years ago, he was beating HHH in non title shots, but never recieved a title shot for the World Heavyweight Championship. As time went on they put him in a mommas boy role, which in my opinion ruined him forever.

Mark Henry- This man dominated Batista, Kurt Angle, Undertaker and even the current World Heavyweight Champion at the time Rey Mysterio in early 2006. And still received no real title shot. He beat Kane at the last PPV. Now Kane has a shot at the World Heavyweight Champ and Henry has been beating up on chumps and retards of late. Most potential going to waste.

Cryme Tyme- They have talent, steal everything they get their hands on. But yet having went for the World Tag Team Championship. You think they would want to steal titles instead.

Bobby Lashley is dominating, but there were many wrestlers before him that should've held a mjor title. I know that Henry has very limited moves in the ring. But he's been portrayed as dominate. The only title shot he recived was against Kurt Angle, who had to cheat to hold on to his title. Undertaker showed up and they handed him a title shot. Then when Taker lost fair and square to Angle, they gave him another shot. Where was Henry's second shot at the title? Considering that he was screwed during his match with Angle. Soiunds like a double standard.

I agree with some of what you said, but not all of it. Shelton Benjamin really is a talented wrestler, and I'd like to see him get a push. I have no idea why WWE never pushed him.

Mark Henry-Isn't a good wrestler, and has a bad gimmick. His bear hug move is crap too.

Cryme Tyme-They have entertaining promos, but I've only seen them wrestler once. They looked OK, but I don't think they'd be ready for the titles. Maybe they'll get a push.

But really, I don't think it's an issue of race. I mean, look at Lashley. He's been a main eventer for forever now. You also have to look at it that there aren't that many black wrestlers in the first place.

Benjamin-I've been saying the same thing about him hes one of the best wrestlers on the roster but still gets no push and now there trying to make him look gay by kissing Booker's hand and talking about kissing charlie Haas on the mouth

mark Henry-i don't think he needs a push for no title maybe a push for a feud with someone but no title

cryme tyme-they haven had maybe 5 0r 6 matches since they arrived on raw and when they wrestled deuce and domino on smackdown a few weeks back they put on a good match but still they get over looked and when they first arrived to raw a few weeks after they arrived they won a match that gave them a title shot opportunity but i they never got there title shot so wwe is holding them back

Mark Henry? To me he's the black version of Big Show (well a little better than that, but you get my point- he's not great) I think he'll get his shots, he's too big to ignore.

Shelton Benjamin- dunno what happened there, but aside form his grudge with Angle and one victory over HHH what did he do? Great tag-team champion, but I was never that impressed with his solo wrestling.

I think compared to the total number of black wrestlers in the WWE, the same percentage get that push as white wrestlers. I don't think EVERY good wrestler should be a title contender- black or white. Otherwise we'd be talking about why the Cat, the Godfather, William Regal, Shannon Moore and Hardcore Holly weren't getting title shots.

Look at Booker T, The Rock, Lashley, MVP- and let's not write off Mark Henry just yet.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. Vince is probably a bit racist, and frankly the old man needs to step down and let Shane take over the business. He's done great things for the WWE, but this stupid money scheme is going to backfire big time. As if being a wrestling fan got you ridiculed enough, we look even worse now that the boss has to "bribe" people to watch. Sad, very sad. Back to the point, I see Shelton and Kofi both being pushed very soon. As for MVP, he's gotten a lil push, but I don't like him much. Burke, not sure about him.

I will agree about Shelton. He is young, very athletic, descent mic skills, good mat skills, and served his time as a mid-carder. Mark Henry really has no charisma for lack of a better term I usually fall asleep in a Henry Match. Cryme Tyme I have only really seen a couple of their matches but, they seem to be very good at what they do. (the Next Harlem Heat?)

Shelton, definitely. He was Intercontinental Champion forever. I was starting to wonder if there would ever be another one? He needs to either get a push or ask for his release and try it somewhere else, because if they're not going to make him a serious title contender, they're just wasting the best pure athlete in WWE (as J.R. says). Not that there's too many other options out there besides WWE and TNA.

Shelton Benjamin is the black slave of WWE.He is kind of idiot and stupid

Mark Henry has his moment and will have his moment in the near future in Smackdown.Just be patient.

Cryme Tyme, I don't know who he is.

But you forgot one, Bobby Lashley

Bobby Lashley is basically dominating the WWE, first on ECW now on RAW he will mostly beat John Cena for the WWE title in the next Great American Bash

Stop whinning!
