ITS REALLY HAPPENING IN BSNL(INDIA) ,THAT 10TH PASS ARE AT HIGHER POST IN BSNL BUT GRADUATE ENGG. AT LOWER POST EVEN AFTER QUALIFYING TOP LEVEL ALL INDIA EXAM.IT HAPPENS ONLY DUE THERE(10TH PASS JTO ) UNION.........
IN THIS ENTERPRISE THERE IS NO VALUE OF EDUCATION........
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW PUBLIC VIEW ABOUT IT..................
PLEASE GIVE VIEW ABOUT IT.........

If you r saying JTO is 10th pass then is seems he must be very senior and he might be there after taking step by step of promotion, and do not for get other then education ,exoerience counts a lot. And if you are newly appointed then there stand a lot of good chances for you to get to the higher post as you all ready entered as an JTO.
