a mom, she wakes up, feeds the kids, does the dishes, the laundry keeps the house clean, irons her husbands shirts, takes the car in for its oil change, grocery shops next door picks up the car drops the kids off at school 2 hours late,etc goes to her prenatal appt for the (omg 4th kid) puts away the groceries, balances the budget, paints the babys room, meets with the carpet installers, remembers to feed the dog whoops, gets the baby out of his carseat and feeds him again, scrubs the kitchen floor, picks up susan early from school as she claims she threw up in the school toilet(again) finishes the kitchen floor, goes into labor, shrugs, drops kids under 6 and susan off at mother in laws while listening to said mother in law rant about how she delivered and was up the hour after and so she better not think she is watching the kids all weekend while she sits in the hospital and sips a margherita no mam she better be back before 12 tomorrow(I gots me a bingo game you know?) finally she gets out door calls school tells them to tell her kids to get off the bus at grandmas, hears a baby in the back seat halfway to the hospital and has to turn around all the while panting to keep that baby in there drops said baby off, gets to hospital, remembers she needs to call husband, does and then proceeds to deliver a 8 pd baby girl. Husband promptly calls everyone to tell them how easy it was. Husband picks kids up at noon the next day and says he will be back tomorrow. Next day, wife gets home, lays baby in bed and promptly begins attempting to clean the disaster of her kitchen as 7 yr old susan smiles and says me and bubba made dinner for you mom turns and looks and there are a stack of half cooked chocolate covered pancakes, shell in scrambled eggs and flour everywhere. also a sheepish looking husband...

It is odd that you use "in" the Earth rather than on the Earth. So I am going to say, the best manager is what we call mother earth herself. For she is in control of the elements, fire, wind, rain, earthquakes, weather, oceans, mountains, fields of food. Certainly, she is the best manager and the only manager "in" the earth....
