Single eyelid to double eyelid? I am not sure what you are asking since your question is not clear or concise. By double eyelids, do you mean like a snake has?

Regardless of what you mean, there would be no way to create a double eyelid without surgery. You cannot do anything that will just make another one grow since human beings do not have the ability to generate or regenerate body parts.

Are you missing an eyelid? How have you managed to get along without an eyelid for this long?

Your question does not make any sense. Humans have an upper and a lower eyelid on each eye. If you do not have an eyelid, your eyeball would quickly dehydrate and die.

no that would require plastic surgery.. and its not worth the pain.. keep your eyes the way god made them.. you could risk losing your eye lids all together.. or even go blind..
