Worse case senario, find some private space and get it out of your system with a girlie magazine.

You don't want to mess with your brother's wife. She is family and that is unforgiveable.

Maybe because she has a weak bladder and needs the loo more than most or maybe she just drinks allot?,I don't think it has anything to do with you being upstairs on your comp
