Remember, your cycle is counted this way: The first day you start flowing until the next day you start flowing again minus one.
So, if you started on the first of the month and your cycle is 23 days long, the next time you *should* start would be the 24th of the month. Make sure you have figured your cycle correctly and use it as a guideline only. It will not always be exactly the same.

around July 21. (just count 23 days starting the first day of your period).
