im sorry but cutting out the eyes is mandatory. If you eat them, then potatoes will grow in your stomach and the potatoes eyes will be blinded w/ acid. Be humane, numb the potatoe in the freezer then chop out its eyes. It really is the ebest thing for you and the potato.

No most spuds have poor sight from being underground for so long. Just take their glasses off then they can not see you eating them.
