i have recently changed bag belt and still it makes noise when it is on floor mode and when working

Eureka vaccums are noisey in the first place. If it is noisier than usual, it could be the bearings. High pitched or squealing noise usually is bearings. It could be the beater brush bearings or the suction motor bearings. If it is the motor bearings, it may be wise to it to a small appliance repair shop.

Maybe you need a new roller brush.

i would undo it all and put it back together. or take it in only because its hard on the motor.
