Maybe 1980 so I could live through the whole decade. I love the 80s so much, I wish I was a teen then. I was born in 1991 unfortunately. I wish I could go back to the 80's right now.

1986 ... my senior year in high school. Now THAT was a really good year ...

Had a cute prom date that year... met several famous people (Michael Jackson - before he became a weirdo, New Edition ~ before Bobby Brown became a drug addicted loser, and The band The Jets ~ remember them? lol We also won the big school airband competition performing as The Jets ... lol) Ditched school one day and took the train to L.A. where we promptly got lost in the middle of Gay Pride week on Santa Monica Blvd ~ learned some life lessons there boy! Whew! lol
Had my hair dyed two colors like Terri Nunn from Berlin ... got my first car ... and owned all the COOLEST fluorescent clothing and HUGE earrings you could think of!

Yep ... that was quite a year! =)

1986 so I could watch the Red Sox win the AL pennant, but then I would come back to present day before Game 6 of the World Series. It would also be cool to school everyone about space invaders!

1980 because it's as far from the 90's as you can get and still be in the 80's.

Love the question my friend. Would have to be 1984... I was born and then I could experience my childhood in the 80s in style!

I'd go back to 1980 to see the US hockey team beat the Soviet Union in the Winter Olympics. I'm no hockey fan, but the story always inspires and motivates me.

1989. the summer to be exact. it was before my dad died. he was healthy and happy. we spent the whole summer at the lake swimming every day(even in the rain) we would bbq, have campfires, sleep under the stars. he would dance w/ us and tell stories. it was such a carefree time and some of my most treasured memories.
