You can go in and ask. Reps work on commission, so they would prefer to make an immediate sale, and might be in a position to offer you a similar deal on the spot, so you won't have to wait. Ask to speak to a manager if necessary, they may be better able to either arrange a deal or have the information on upcoming promotions.
