What makes a person so insulting, disagreeable or perverted?

Is it fair that the rest of us must learn to tolerate them and not doing something to help them change? If family and school have failed what other means do you think are available?

I think that it comes from personal experiences and upbringing. Although I know people that have had a great upbringing and yet still remain a child. Someday something will happen to this person that you speak of that will put them into their place and they wont be the person you used to know, they will be someone else. Someone that respects everyone around them. I wish I knew what made people the way that they are, sometimes they feel its ok to act the way they behave, and its not. But they will learn their lesson soon enough.

Its a difficult one to answer. I believe I have faults and I will always claim that im the one thats right.. Everyone has faults and its a pain when people dont see that in themselfs or will deny it.. Thats what makes people so obnoxious.
