Edward, the way you figure concrete is by depth. Normally the depth is 4" and 81'sq ft equals a cu yd of concrete @ apx 100 per yard.
so your area figures out to need apx 1/2 cu yd of C. convert feet into meters as I cannot figure meters in Oregon, I'm a stick in the mud inch & foot man, so what ever the conversion is...you've got it.
pour it in the morning, wet your dirt first b4 pouring and have a good day.

what are you concreting that needs 2 feet of concrete ? I am very curious. Are you concreting over a main sewer. I'm still curious as an after thought there are company's who now supply ready mix that is mixed on site so you only pay for what you use. takes the guess work out.saves trying to get rid of half a metre waste.

You need just over 1/2 a yard of crete and as a meter is just over a yard 1/2 meter should do the trick.

length x width x height (4"= 1/3 of 12" 1/3=.3333)
4.5x10x.33=14.85 /27= .55 about 1/2 yd @ 4"

You have to know how thick it is going to be to figure the cubic yards required to do the job.
