technically it should slightly increase the speed of your system as the o/s has less space to look for your swap file

It does not slow it down; some report an apparent speed up because searches are more focused - but this is not always the case.

i think no, if u don't make partition than the computer response slow due to more space, ya u can make more parition it is not harmful but also it is useful for managing ur data.....

truth time it doesnt affect performance unles u transfer files to it when ur doing somthing heavy on the main drive
