yellow pages. look up metal fabrication. You may want to look at examples of their work.
A number of sculptors are independent constructors who could do that for you, maybe even some who are still students who are at a local university. It will depend on the details of your requirements who can do it, depends if it need simple techniques/machinery or complicated ones. Look at examples of work of whoever you are hiring before you sign a contract.
Though on general terms I don't think if you let somebody else construct it it is going to be your work alone, it is also going to be the work of whoever made the physical copy and you should acknowledge them whenever you show those pieces. I myseklf would have real difficulties to have somebody else make my stuff as I know how much even slight changes in construction can change things and how many ideas of changes I get while constructing. Maybe you should take a class in metal working one day...

The plastic fabrication can be done by many plastic supply shops. You can look in the yellow pages in your city to see if any are near you. If not, you may have to look to larger cities in your state.
