Well it was publicized that some old chemical weapons were found a year or two ago. So maybe that's what you boss heard about. However, no, I don't think they have found anything major.
BUT I do believe the government knows where many of the WMDs are, i.e., that they were trucked out of country before the war. A senior general in Saddam's army has attested to this and there were satellite photos of a truck caravan heading out of country prior to the war. But to go in after them...or even make accusations...would be highly politically incorrect, so the government says nothing.

It's the same propeganda mentality whereby we are supposed to believe that since that's the reason we initially went into Iraq, we now must stay there so we're not "fighting" them on our soil.
If he honestly thinks the government is hiding knowledge of WMD's then WHY are these government officials allowing all media and the American people to be convinced that their President is the most corrupt disgraceful lieing con artist in the Western World for justifying an attack on Iraq that we're still engaged in? Is this a better image to project than to reveal Bush's so-called original attack was the correct move?
Iraq used chemical weapons against Kurds and Iran, so we found the leftovers. Big deal.
He can't use 9-11for the reason since that was justification for the bombing and subsequent invasion of Afghanistan due to Bin Laden's presence there.

WMDs were found in Iraq in the form of chemical weapons: sarin gas and mustard gas. Evidence of WMD programs were also found: biological and nuclear. And banned delivery systems (part of the UN's definition of WMD, itself a UN term) also were found.
The government didn't hide any of this. Why would they, when all of this evidence supported one of the many reasons for the invasion? However, the media did the best it could to suppress it.

Even Saddam bragged about having WMDs, right before the invasion. Either he really did have them, or he was lying about having them. There are logical aruguments for both. Some believe that he really had them (as he claimed, and as most of his own Generals believed), but shipped them to Syria before the invasion. Others think that Saddam was just bragging about them (lying) in order to keep his neighbors (Iran) afraid of Iraq.

You boss's viewpoint is a big loony. Why would this scare the American public?
The truth is, we have found WMD's in Iraq, but not to the extent we thought. We discovered planes that were specifically fitted with cannisters to deliver biological toxins. We found many tons of forbidden missiles that had the range to hit neighboring countries. We found thousands upon thousands of cannisters of poison gas, etc. that was in degraded condition, but still usable.
If you want to impress your boss, show him these links. In my mind, they are credible evidence that Saddam sent his WMD's to Syria right before our invasion. He knew he'd get his butt kicked, and was hoping we'd prematurely withdraw from the conflict, just like we did when he invaded Kuwait.
Here is my own opinion on the matter: didn't it seem odd to you that Nancy Pelosi picked SYRIA, of all places, to visit as soon as she became Speaker of the House? Think about it for a moment. Hmmm... why Syria? Could it be that she knows full well that, if President Bush succeedes in negotiations with the Syrians to cooperate and divulge the locations of Saddam's buried weapons, the Democrats have little chance of getting the White House in '08?
Our pilots reported saw caravans of trucks speeding towards the Syrian border just days before we invaded. Our pilots have also seen unusual mounds in the Syrian desert, but of course are not permitted to investigate without approval from the Syrian government. Saddam's own #2 in the Air Force confirms what Saddam did with his weapons.
Read these links and impress your boss!

I don't believe that. But there were WMD's found, just not the amount they thought.
The failure for you to read those links and accept facts is even more embarrassing.

No. I am sorry that your boss is so deep in denial. The government doesn't have any problem with instilling fear in the American public.
