Run a beautifully warm bath with bubbles or aromatherepy salts and while you soak, listen to some soothing music, whatever your favourite is. This is always relaxing.
Follow it up with one of your favourite movies, all snuggly on the couch.
Or, you could read and answer others questions on yahoo! with a drink and a platter of food........?

If your feeling stress, you can fake laugh, try it a few times, you will notice that the fake laugh turns into a real one reducing stress.
Another is go for a long walk in the woods, enjoy all God's creation.
