*[I researched everywhere, and every single one of these answers are at some point from bacteria (even Lyme Disease!)... so I'm confused which one it would be!!]

Malaria is caused by a protozoan named- Plasmodium.
e.g. Plasmodium vivex, P. malariae, P.falciparum etc.
Malaria isn't related with bacteria.

Hi I think its (a) Diarrhea because Diarrhea is your body's way of quickly clearing viruses,bacteria or toxins from the digestive tract.Whereas Malaria is caused by a bacteria from a mosquito also Lyme disease is caused by Ticks and Botulism is caused by spoiled food. Also Diarrhea can accur from many things not just contaminated water for example you can get Diarrhea from antibiotics whereas the other's seem to just come from one main thing which all contain harmfull bacteria. If the answer isn't right go to yahoo health and write in the disease and then click on cause and hopefully you will get ur answer.

Read the question well. "The following human disorders CAN be caused by bacteria except?"
There are many bacteria that cause diarrhea e.g several strains of E. coli, vibrio cholerae etc.







The answer is obviously malaria

Malaria- usually caused by the Plasmodium vivax or other species of Mastigophoran ( animal-like Protist), transmitted by the female Anopheles mosquito.

Diarrhea is not a disorder, it's a symptom of a disorder. It could mean anything. If someone takes laxatives, and they get diarrhea, that means they didn't need bacteria.

You obviously didn't "research" very well.

Malaria is not caused by a bacterium. It's caused by several species of protozoan in the Plasmodium genus.

i can assure you its malaria. its from a plasmodium that can live inside mosquitos.
